About OC personal trainer Joshua Brockman

1) What is your history with positively fit?
Original intention to play college sports lead me to be a client with positively fit and then after a year of training my life headed in a swift direction change with work/money, so I began to train myself. That evolved to personal training and associating with over a half dozen of the worlds greatest group training and sport specific trainers. From there I started out training 2-4 people a week for about a year solid and then Chris McCombs and I partnered up and my business exploded to over 40 people or more per week, every week.
2) How do you think positively fit and you as an individual align?
Positively fit is an environment which has allowed me to take what I've learned and apply it to helping my friends and the community in an empowering way.
Positively fit is a high caliber personal training service, which always keeps me accountable to giving 100% to my trusted clients.
3 )What benefits will people see from training with me?
Positive and energizing perspective of working out and getting result.
Decrease in fat
Positive increase of lean muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance.
4) What is my history in physical fitness?
Being in sports as a high school athlete allowed me to see both sides of the story. The most fascinating part for me is being the coach's perspective…
Always being involved and engaged with the basketball team at Irvine High School allowed me the opportunity to coach full on in there fall and summer programs. The enthusiasm young men can create on a team is an awesome experience to witness and from there I was hooked to positively making a difference in peoples lives.
I realized that I'd have to be a college or professional coach in order to support a family and enjoy life financially that way. So I continued on with high school coaching for a year or two and then landed a office job that I stuck with for a good 2 years. All that time I was sneaking to the gym I now work out of, next level fitness to associate with my mentors… which now are now my peers and business associates.
