If You're Having a Hard Time Controlling Your Food Intake…


If you're having a hard time controlling your food intake get a food log and log everything you eat, I don't care if it's a teaspoon of mayo, log it. After you've logged it add up all of your calories for the day. You'll be amazed at just how many calories you consume.

Awareness is the first step to changing anything….Write it down, crunch the numbers and see for yourself exactly what's going on with your eating.
