If you live in Orange County California thank God. Thank God that we're surrounded by prosperity and abundance which makes it easier for ourselves to be more prosperous and abundant. Thank god for the beautiful weather. Thank God for the beaches.

And thank God for the fact that we are surrounded by so many beautiful, vain and fit people. This makes us strive to look better, this makes us strive to work harder to get that body we want.

If everyone around us was unhealthy and out of shape it would be some much easier to let ourselves fall into the same rut. However we are blessed with being surrounded by so much healthy competition.
