A personal training client of ours Andy swam the Alcatraz Sharkfest Swim in San Fransisco over the weekend. The is an extremely cold and rough swim to and from the once maximum security prison Alcatraz (now Alcatraz is closed down and is a tourist attraction)

I am extremely proud of Andy as he has dropped a ton of bodyfat, sculpted his muscles and become quite the athlete.

Keep up the awesome work Andy, you are the man!!!
