I just got these killer before and after pic's of our client Lance Lockwood. Lance is a college professor who teaches a controversial type of public communication called the oralistic method. Lance is a true contrarian when it comes to the world of communication. While most professors teach scripted and outlined public speaking, Lance teaches having an enlarged conversation with your audience, coming from a state of Being, Passion and Presence. A man of my own heart.

Lance has worked extremely hard to achieve these goals and I can't express just how proud of him I am. He always brings a positive and humorous vibe to the workouts and we are honored to be working with him. Just check out Lance's before and after pictures.
