Orange County Yoga


Being an Orange County Personal Trainer I have definitely seen a lot of fads come and go when it comes to exercise, diets, surgeries and so forth. Many of these routines and programs have merit, but even more don't. However there is one type of exercise that I feel perfectly accents a sound workout and nutritional program… That style, or art I should say of exercise is the ancient art of Yoga.

Nothing loosens the body, strengthens the core and frees the mind like the meditative qualities of Yoga. And what's so awesome about living here in the OC is that Orange County is full of top notch Yoga classes and programs.

My favorite Yoga program in Orange County is Triad Yoga in Irvine. I have taken some great classes by teachers Newton Campbell and Mark Devenpeck and I can say these guys definitely know there stuff. Even though I've been working out for years, their yoga program helped me work muscles I never knew I had, helped me to become more flexible and makes me feel great every time I take it.

My favorite program for getting someone into shape is a balance of personal training, mountain biking, jogging, sound nutrition and yoga.
