Westwood Personal Trainer


Dear Fitness Seeker,

Today, I couldn't imagine doing anything but being a Westwood Personal Trainer. But there was once a time in my life, not that long ago, that fitness was the farthest thing from my mind. In fact, I tipped the scales at three hundred fifty-nine pounds.

I didn’t realize how bad it had become until one day when I happened to catch a glimpse of my profile while walking out of a Rubio’s Mexican Restaurant. I was totally floored by what I had become. I looked like I did nothing but eat terrible foods and sat around being totally inactive, and didn’t care how that affected my body.

But the fact of the matter was that my health did matter to me. I had a breakdown after I got home, but I also have a revelation. I was going to get fit.

A lot of people burst out laughing when I told them this, but in my heart I knew I was going to achieve it.

I dragged myself down to my local health club as often as I could, and strained under all of the exercise. But even after months of this effort, I went back to the scale, only to discover that my weight had hardly budged.

I was frustrated and almost gave up right there. But instead of caving into despair, I decided I would learn everything there was to know about weight loss.

For a long time afterwards, if I wasn’t at work, I could be found with my nose in a magazine or book that dealt with health, nutrition, and fitness.

The things I learned during my long time researching were stunning. It suddenly became obvious why I wasn’t losing weight: I was exercising the wrong way and eating the wrong way.

Armed with this arsenal of simple, real world fitness knowledge, I hit the gym again and completely overhauled my diet.

My family and friends were shocked at the results -

I cursed myself to wasting so much time doing the wrong things for so long, but I was glad that I finally unlocked the code to really building muscle and losing fat.

But it seemed that other people were interested in what I had discovered, so they started asking for a few pointers here and there, which I happily gave.

Months afterwards these people would come back to me with a lot less fat and lot more muscle, asking “Why didn’t my personal trainer tell me things that you told me?”

I discovered I really liked helping these people end the rat race of constantly getting frustrated with ineffective workout routines. I liked it so much, in fact, I wanted to do it all the time.

I got my personal trainer certificate and started Positively Fit Fitness Training.  My mission to provide better, more effective services than any Los Angeles personal trainer.

Shortly afterwards my client list got so large that I had to hire additional Westwood personal trainers to meet demand.  I thought I would never be able to find personal trainers who could meet my standards, but after a very long search I was able to slowly assemble the best team of fitness trainers in LA.
