Unlikely North Hollywood Personal Trainer


Dear Friend,

Today, I can't imagine doing anything else but being a fitness coach and North Hollywood and Los Angeles Personal Trainer. But I didn't always have such a passion for fitness. In fact, once upon a time, I was incredibly obese. I didn't just have a lot of fat on me, but all that extra weight caused me serious daily pain.

Here’s me at 359 pounds in more depressing times.

I would have stayed this way were it not for one fateful day when happening to be exiting a Rubio’s restaurant. I glanced over at my reflection and what should I see?  But myself, except much heavier than I thought. 

I couldn’t believe it, I looked like I didn’t care what I look like. Like I abused my body with inactivity and terrible foods and completely ignored the consequences.

Struck by this revelation, that night I had a complete breakdown.  I hated feeling that way I was going to do something about it.

Shortly afterwards, I joined a gym, bought a fitness magazine so I could have an idea on how to exercise, and went as often as I could.

I followed the routine that I read to the letter, exhausting myself practically every day.

But a long time later, I checked myself out in the mirror, and I practically looked the same as the night I had my breakdown.

I knew there had to be a way to get fit.  I mean, other people seemed to be able to do it.  So I started researching everything I could learn on exercise, nutrition, and health.  It practically became my second job.  Whenever I wasn’t at work, I was learning the truth about getting fit.

And what I learned was stunning.  I learned that everything I thought I knew about nutrition and exercise was seriously skewed.  I wasn’t just eating the wrong food, I was exercising the wrong way.

So I started doing it the right way.  The way I was supposed to, and sure enough, I dropped the weight and built a ton of muscle all over my body very quickly.

People couldn’t believe I lost one hundred and forty three pound so quickly, that they began asking me how I did it.  And cheerfully, I told them.  I gave them a few tips here and there, I answered their questions, and didn’t really think too much of it.

But months later these people would come back to me, ecstatic because they were able to lose weight that they had been struggling with for years.

When I saw how happy my newfound knowledge made them, I was elated.  I decided I wanted to feel this good all the time, so I got my personal training certification, and started up Positively Fit Personal Training serving North Hollywood California.

After a while offering fitness training to people, my services became very in demand.  I decide to hire more North Hollywood and LA Personal Trainers, but in order become part of the Positively Fit team, they had to meet my very strict standards.
