At Positively Fit’s personal training in Orange County we know that your goal is to see rapid improvement, so our trainers sit down with each client and discuss what their specific goals are, and what they want to focus on improving first, whether it be fat loss, losing the spare tire and saggy butt, or defining muscles.  This way each training session is specifically planned to focus on those areas, and to help clients get the most out of every session.  Our Orange County personal trainers also keep an eye on clients to make sure that exercises are being performed correctly, because even if you are doing the right exercises, doing them incorrectly can make them essentially useless, as well as increasing your risk for injury.

About Orange County, CA
Today’s Orange County was once just a lush area of land belonging to Spanish settlers, who used it primarily for cattle and sheep ranching.  In 1860, a severe drought devastated the ranching industry and forced many of the land owners to sell off parcels, or in some cases, the entirety of their land.  Many of the cities that now make up Orange County were built be the men who bought up those parcels, often around an existing mission.  Following California’s annexation by the United States, the land that is now Orange County was lumped in a much larger Los Angeles County, only to be partitioned off and named after its most abundant crop in March of 1889.

Primarily an agricultural county initially, the farming industry began to decline following World War II, but the county as a whole continued to prosper.  Today, Orange County’s main source of wealth comes from retail commerce, aerospace technology, and corporate interests.
